Q. There are several Buster® formulas. Is each one different?
A. Yes. In addition to using the power of the all-natural ingredient capsaicin, all Buster Nasal Sprays are specially formulated with specific botanicals known to be effective in treating sinus congestion, headaches and allergies. Sinus Buster provides powerful relief for sinus congestion, nasal congestion and sinus pressure and headache. It also helps cleanse away nasal irritants and bacteria while stimulating nasal drainage. Allergy Buster combines the power of capsaicin with nettle to provide maximum relief of seasonal allergy symptoms. Allergy Buster works by safely desensitizing the nerve fibers that react to allergy triggers while also blocking the environmental factors associated with those triggers. Allergy Buster quickly relieves runny nose, sneezing, sinus congestion, sinus pressure and headache, and nasal congestion. Headache Buster combines the power of capsaicin with two additional headache- fighting ingredients: feverfew and peppermint oil. This triple-ingredient formula combats migraine and cluster headaches. Sinus Buster Nasal Rinse Salts are uniquely infused with aromatic eucalyptol, lemongrass and spearmint oils to soothe nasal passages. A touch of capsaicin extract is added for additional sensory benefits. The ingredients in all of our products are fully disclosed on our labeling.
Q. Are Buster® products really all natural?
A. Yes. 100% natural. With no chemicals or added preservatives. Our sprays are completely natural, with no chemicals, grains, or yeast. They’re safe to combine; you can use two or more different sprays at the same time. And they come in recyclable, environmentally-friendly glass bottles. However, please check the list of ingredients to be sure you are not allergic to any of the herbals found in our formulas. If you are unsure about any ingredient in any of our formulas, consult your physician.
Q. Where can I find the Buster® products?
A. Buster® Brand Nasal Sprays are carried by several regional chains including Price Chopper and Hannaford Grocery and Rite Aid Pharmacies. Sinus Buster is also stocked by several leading specialty chains like Vitamin World and Vitamin Discount and is of course available online at SinusBuster.com.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Most orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) on the next business day after the order was placed and will take 3-10 business days to reach the customer, depending on location. International orders could take as many as 30 days, depending on customs.
Can I expedite my order?
A. We do offer faster shipping for customers who need their products quickly. Please call our customer service department at 877-981-4328 to arrange an expedited shipping method for your order.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. You can check on your order by emailing us at orders@sinusbuster.com. Be sure to include your 12-digit order number for reference. If you have misplaced this number or did not receive one, please include all pertinent information about your order that will help us locate it.
